In 2007 a ski trip brought Katie to beautiful Breckenridge, Colorado and she was hooked and knew she had found her home. Three short months later, Katie took the plunge and made a small log cabin in Alma, Colorado, home sweet home. In 2017 Katie started her business in Real Estate and today owns Mountain House Properties at eXp Realty on Main street in Fairplay. Together with her husband Kyle and their two sons Zeb & Ezra they enjoy traveling to National Parks, hiking, mountain biking and skiing at Monarch Mtn. They also have a passion for animals and their homestead has evolved to include a few rescue dogs and cats, chickens, ducks, and goats!
